I hope you are well, my colleagues have been busy in Munich keeping up with in-stock orders and accepting new deliveres for in-stock stuff! I am now back and things will run a bit smoother again as usual, sorry if you were caught out by higher demand and my absence in any support ticket or order. I will as usual write the updates I have below: BSUN Switches X and Hutt are in-stock! QK100 has arrived and is being sent, extras live on weekend Jelly Evolv finally has made its way to come to us shortly Keychron has a small restock on some units GMK Electric is next. After that Modern Ink DOIO Megalodon pads are being shipped to us in 10 days but this will be snail mail Vanguard65 keyboards are completed and we have to pay the leftover amount of invoice for it and organise shipping, expect small delay while I sort out logistics as its a chunky shipment KeebFront Sinister and DOOM Tactile switches are back, with cool packaging too! NEO65 R2 pre-orders close shortly CandyPad will be completed in December or January, thank you for the support QK80 warranty cases are being reshipped Otherwise the rest of the updates fall to last weeks very extensive updates. Hello all! I hope you are well, like a water well, cool and hydrated, on this warm summer week. We have been really busy, now back as a two (but I left again for a small few days off as I thought maybe I can take longer off than just 2 days in one year!) we have been busy packaging GMK stuff of all kinds and shapes, and I have been making sure that people are getting their warranty cases as it has been a month of many! GMK Daifuku is now in shipment GMK Terror Below Base Kit orders without Deskmats have been shipped, my colleague is shipping Novelty / INT orders without Base Kits now GMK Cluck is in shipment too JRIS75 is on the way to us QK100 is about to land at us, expect a tiny delay in shipping it all QK60 R2 extras are available CUB65 Extras are available QK100 Train will make its way shortly QK80 Train is to come anytime now really, it has been travelling the usual long time where things would come in so I hope it goes quick PBTFans Spark R2 has landed PBTFans Bank Account is landing in a bit! MW Heresy is on the way to us I believe in the batch with QK100 Air but I can not 100% confirm DOIO Pads (Megalodon) is close to being done, however MACHI Mats are delayed indefinitely now F*** Clones Deskmats are sadly being looked for now as we are unsure at what state they are in, they were shipped to our forwarder but I am trying to figure out how it exactly is panning out… Sorry :/ GMK Electric and I think GMK Indigo or Nightrunner are up next! VIENDI8l Keyboards are finally now in shipment, we got the packaging we need for these beasts. Should be majority done this coming week. Switches, and more… Cherry Mx2A should follow up soon, we have restocks on some cool switches coming soon and one new switch as well as a few new AKKO Switches like V3 Cream and Piano Box switches, Piano switches have been a big hit so far! Akko DE Boards are coming in shortly! QK75 Knobs and all that are now to be done shipping, extras coming up (plates for example) and then we have closed off the stock QK75 order chapter, WARRANTY CASES are to still be processed, this will take time sadly, I can not influence this. QK80 Extras are being processed shortly, those have arrived. CUB65 Extras are being processed also shortly (probably week on top) QK60 R2 Warranty cases are being processed too KeyRelic Artisans for TB are being shipped now Thank you for the patience ❤️ I will be working through out the week even though I am away but shipments will continue as normal unless its very very specific replacements which require my hand as our inventory guy is not such a wizard at keyboards that he can figure out a JST cable paired with 2x3M screws and 3204 lubricant, these will always be processed by me to make sure we 100% send at our collective best ability.

Hey all! I hope you are well, I just returned from Poland / Czech from a little 2 day excursion, I sadly can not allow myself more free time as we are busy bees and go to serve you all! I will be back tomorrow working alone and our inventory guy will be out and about for a week or two on holiday still. James was a champ and worked through yesterday and GMK Relegendables and helped with some labels. Here is the news as I have it for the coming 3 workdays: Keychron re-stock has arrived! Check out built boards and more. Gateron Beer Switch and Oil King has arrived! We have Vior processing now PBTFans Spark R2 is going up live for pre-orders now! Should be delivered in a week and a half max. PARAGON Extras are still available QK75 Components that has been a live topic in the QK75 Chat are still being shipped, sorry about that, it is my responsibility to give everyone here work and as we had warranty cases to clear and since its a bit of a process getting these out I have had to prioritise the right things at the right times to make sure everyone is happy, the few left of extras will be catered to this week, I promise QK80 AIR; FEDEX has still confirmed boxes are missing, I ahve gathered a list of which orders are missing, we have around 10-15 keyboards that are considered MIA in Belgium by FEDEX, they delivered the rest of the missing boards and we are not sure whether to expect the still missing ones after that. For transparency, the boxes that the keybaords would usually come in were not used, it turned out ot be they repackaged the packaged keyboards with other packaging so it is clear they screwed it up bad. As a result, FEDEX will not longer be used for any AIR shipments, their loss. QK100 is in manufacturing NEO65 is still up for pre-order, get it while you can I can no confirm you will get what you want as we will be buying extras in limited configurations SUMMER SALE , yeah , you heard it! 10% for now and a more coming. Zitres is on holiday, so please respect so until next monday. We had a re-stock on some GMK Avanguardia, last pieces. We have last SUMI pieces in-stock KBD67 Lite boards went on sale! We have a re-stock of JWK incoming We have a AKKO re-stock of DE boards incoming, expect that shortly. Updates this week! This week will be a peaceful week at the office, turns out not only I will be out for medical reasons (knee to be specific) until friday but James our new guy who is in charge of GBs manage to bang his shoulder up too and we are waiting on results to see how long he cant work. So we will be down to one man and a friend in the inventory, this may slow things so I beg for forgiveness. We will make sure all stock placed orders get prepares today so there is no delay. I will be available from Wednesday onwards, any other issues @zitres will handle. GMK Aegyptus is in shipment now GMK Swiss-Addon is coming after but with delays again, this means Modern Ink will also push back sadly. QK60 R2 Last days are now of the GB QK75 Second batch will ship end of week I am still to get a GLS update I thought it is today. Keychron Restock took place Akko Piano is available and doing well, many of you guys are giving good feedback We are awaiting MW Fuyu with Heresy shortly QK80 Air shipments make their way to land next week Command boards are still to ship we are sorting out some packaging problems I expect a restock of Oil Kings shortly We have still 2 new switches coming! Weekly updates, days before Christmas! We have been working like hell and back, it has caused me not to be able to reach all open tickets just yet. But i am sorting out the most important ones that require attention before friday. DPD orderd are being picked up tomorrow and DHL has been flying out every 12 hours so everyone should have theirs things on time. - We currently have received a mintory of Link65s and we have shipped those - We have a few more Awaken orders than we though, these due to deskmats will carry processing through to January - GMK Modern Desko extras are live! - Freebirds TKL Extras will go live on the weekend, and the rest will go out by then or atleast have a label - GMK Wasabi will start processing and including mats and Rama - EPBT be the one has arrived and is to be processed after the 27th - MW BOW and Coloradas has arrived - Keychron stock will go live on Friday, a lot of it - Oil Kings and North Poles go live on Friday too - SA Polyclear is half way shipped - DOIO Pad leftovers go live on Friday but some colors like black are still to be filled - EPBT acid house extras are available - PBTFANS Dolch and Classic Hangul went into stock - SA Silent Assassin has arrived! - The Command65 is to arrive in the wnd of Janaury - The QK60 is to arrive in January - restock of Akko happens on Friday! - GMK is delivering quick i expect Inukuma tomorrow too!

Sorry about the way late update on what is happening, Germany is in holiday mood for a few more days while we have been working around the clock to keep things tugging along. I hope you are all well, the week has been wild as we have been turning our whole inventory upside down and getting things cleaned up for the new site, as there will be many more new products but also many products leaving the store, including whole brands that just we feel do not belong anymore at CandyKeys for the future. The things that have been done and are being done now: - GMK Rainy Day Extras went up! There are still some available - GMK Bento R2 Extras are trickling coming online at random times, these are the last ones left - GMK Hallyu Extras same as above - Milkyway PBT 02 and 15 Caps went live as extras! Finally - This weeks updates! Late on a Friday, but better late than never. We have been busy transforming and improving our store, as some of you may know our new website will be due to launch soon, which means there will be a lot of new features but also a lot of optimisation in user experience, AND the products we offer. This means sadly the disappearance of some brands due to reliability issues, and future outsight with their products, but this also means CLEARANCE SALES! We will post more information in the coming 2-3 weeks on this. Updates this week! - I hope you are all having a lovely easter, Germany is for the time-being calm and on holiday mode, so are we (kind-of) but mostly our couriers are. We are packaging today and tomorrow, Thursday we expect a DPD pick-up however on Friday there will be nothing as we will be focusing on cleaning up and doing admin for the summer season. I will be slightly AFK later on this week, and I will be making sure that any open tickets that are in the running will be sorted. Updates this week! I hope you are well, this one is really late due to Easter and not much changes in the week. We have been reduced to 1 workday processing time and cleaned up a few things, a lot of DHL packages are still open and to be updated on Tuesday/Wednesday! - GMK Posh has all been shipped, a few mats are still to go, we only have extras of Navy mats - GMK Hallyu is starting to ship next week, we are trying to be on sync with more vendors now as last time with Bento we were ultra fast so we will release shipments now on a daily schedule instead of all in one day. - PBTFans Keycaps, Biip is making a come back with PBT Spark - Keychron Q3, Q2 is now on the way to us, knob versions and some without, will post pre-orders on Q3 tomorrow No further BIG Updates this week due to easter, I and the team are off until Tuesday and work will resume then. I do apologise we do not have more, however we have been adding a crazy amount of stock to CandyKeys every week, nearing up to 5-7 SKUs per week IN-STOCK since February 2022 as a big part of shifting the store to Stock and no GBs. Andrea is working on that - Stock orders are taking a bit to process, sorry, about that. 3 days is the norm, if you have inactive tracking then do not panick - Durock switches are being now made for us - GMK Bento R2 seems to be made, we are still waiting on that, do not ask until we provide information that it comes! - Restock on KBDFans things are imminent - KBD67 PCBS come with that restock above - We have news that SAKA Brass Plates are done, so we expect within 2 weeks for those to come. I do apologise if you are waiting on a ticket from the 18th and a order from the 17th, due to my B-Day we all left work early on friday but now its full-gas. - I do apologise, EPBT Grand Tour was not posted last week due to the unexpected arrivals of SAKA65 keyboards. Expect them to come online on Wednesday at random non-planned time, we do not expect Demand to be THAT big. We are still waiting on Grand Tour desk-mats. - We will continue sending out SAKA keyboards, and otherwise nothing else has arrived for now. Extras will not be posted until SOLDER PCB and Brass Plates arrive. - MilkyWay PBT 02 and 15 keycaps should be here shortly and we will then send those out. I expect Andrea to work on that so expect it to be slightly slower as he has his hands full. - SWITCHES! Update this week (31.01.22)
Updates this week - GMK Grand Prix extras are going out tomorrow night, thanks for the people who ordered on the weekend! My keyboard is already rocking the set. KBD67 R3 75% of orders are done, now is only left FEDEX and DHL orders to countries that are further away, we have stock too! Those will go live Wednesday morning, prices will go to 129 EUR by the looks of it. HOWEVER, Wireless PCBs will not be available, we will start processing wired R2 PCB replacements on Wednesday I believe. Tim is working on sending out RAMA Artisans that are in stock that are from GBs that have not come yet, including mats. We have no news on SAKA but it will turn up any day in the coming 2-3 weeks I would say.

All keyboards have now arrived and shipping label distribution commenced since Friday. Batteries for Wireless will be available tonight.
05.07 Stock Update
We have now been including this info on all newsletters. Please sign up if you wish for the up to date news. We have stock coming on KBD67 Lite, GMMK PRO, as well as KBDFans products and new switches.
KBD67 Lite
So big update on KBD67 Lite We will have the MAJORITY coming on the 15th of July (TBC depending on customs) - We have all variants besides pink coming, and we have also both wired and wireless coming. If you have a address change please write to support@candykeys.com The wireless versions will require a battery that we plan to offer, however these batteries will be much later than the KBD67 Lites themselves, for the time being if needed, you can use the keyboard in wired mode. The batteries will cost around 9-12 EUR from what we see. Orders will be processed in following orders; Chronological, IF its a export it will take a few days longer (counts for UK too), and if its a Australia/Asia order it will be last due to the amount of paperwork which we just can not do since we will need to squeeze the other boards out as fast as possible We have Andrea here working he will be in charge doing all shipments, and I will be helping him, we expect this whole process to take up to 5 workdays. We will be pre-making labels already 2-3 days before the arrival of the GB, IF you get a label and the tracking does not update by July 25th or so you can feel free to contact us, if you write us within 12 hours after you get tracking asking why it has not moved we will probably link you to this message.

Message on Quality issues - Misprinted and Misaligned legends: Delay by 1 month on extras now.: Hello ladies and gents/ @everyone - For CandyKeys orders, we are lucky that we have not gotten them yet. We will be going through each delivered set one by one - we already have a extra short-term employee planned who will go through this key by key otherwise it is a big feat for us. Each key that is faulty will be taken out and we will mix and match keys so we can compile as many kits as possible and send them to customers asap. It is unfair that all customers would have to wait so long due to Keyreatives mistakes. We will be sending out to customers by A. Chronology and then B. If you are non EU based you will also be pushed back as COVID is STILL putting holds on exports. Thank you for the wait and apologies about the fact that this has happened. Sending out sets and letting the customers pick is simply not a OK option as due to taxes and shipping costs to EU countries we would end up not even breaking even on the GB.
