GMK Hanok is inspired by Hanok, traditional Korean houses/architecture. "Korean architecture considers the positioning of the house in relation to its surroundings, with thought given to the land and seasons. The interior of the house is also planned accordingly. This principle is called baesanimsu (Hangul: 배산임수; Hanja: 背山臨水), meaning that the ideal house is built with a mountain in the back and a river in the front. Hanok shapes differ by region. In the cold northern regions of Korea, hanoks are built in a square with a courtyard in the middle in order to retain heat better. In the south, hanoks are more open and L-shaped." [Wikipedia]
GMK Hanok consists of 4 keysets, Base, Space, Novelty and Gray Modifier Kits. Hanok is designed by JKKEEBS on Geekhack. Each Kit adds a bit more customisability to the Hanok selection. Please be aware that there is no full EU layout support in this kit but only a ANSI/ISO hybrid. If you have questions about compatibility then shoot over a email!

GMK Electronic Design is a manufacturing of original Cherry MX keycaps based in south Germany, right next to CandyKeys. GMK manufactures keycaps using original Cherry MX Molding Tooling bought from Cherry in 2011. All keycaps are manufactured from thick, high quality ABS Plastic and are made sure to carry perfect smooth texture and lasting design.
